Why I Cook: My Wife's Fight With Food Allergies Food is universal. It spans cultures and continents and countries. We treat our friends and family to lunch. We take clients and strangers out to dinner. We buy treats for our pets, and maybe sneak them a little of what we're snacking on. We feed the bird in the park, the fish at the ornamental pond, the monkeys at the zoo despite the sign. Can you imagine anything so alien and ostracizing as somebody who does not eat?

Another month in england and another celebration. After the Queens diamond jubilee in June, throughout July and August the best athletes from all over the world come to London to participate in the 2012 olympics.

Therefore it would be rude not to celebrate everything british!
